Things You Need to Know

I founded Sarah's Nik Naks handmade jewellery, to be able to give my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. My store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!

Returns and refunds can be accepted if the item is;

1- Broken on arrival (proof needed on day of delivery)

2- Lost in transit (proof needed from tracking)

3- Item is faulty ie - clasp is broken. This warrenty is for up to 7 days after reciept of item.

For ear rings:

In line with health and safety, returns and refunds can only be accepted if the item is;

1- Broken on arrival (proof needed on day of delivery)

2- Lost in transit (proof needed from tracking)
